Hello, have had this issue for a while with past versions and it persists on the most up to date version. Currently, my eye dropper when trying to pick a color on an existing element, won't allow selecting the color, but rather it's reverting to a gray instead. Is doing the same with color mattes as well. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi erikkhill,

Sorry to hear you are facing the issue with the eyedropper tool. There is a new update for Premiere Pro, 13.0.3. Try updating the app and see if it fixes the issue.

How many monitors are connected to the machine? Are you using any custom workspaces?

Thanks,

Vidya
