Hi,

Every time I export my video a weird glitch overlay appears and makes the footage unusable. Can anyone help em figure out how to get rid of it? I am panning over jpeg stills in the video and the images do not have this glitch on them. The glitch looks like a cubed grid texture. 1.PNG

If you go to 100% in the Program monitor, they don't show?

Where did you get the images?

Hi,

It is downloaded from the cloud.

The glitch happens when I try to add in scale points to pan over the image to make it a video.

Ok ... but just to be sure, if you scale in using the Motion parameters, then go to 100% on the settings for the Program Monitor, you don't see this?

Hi Jim,

I am on a PC not Mac and when I go to the rendering drop down I only get:

Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (OpenCL)

and

Mercury Playback Engine Software Only

There is no CUDA option for me. The first one made the glitch and the second one does not allow me to pan over the image properly.

Software Rendering is what I was suggesting.

There are no capabilities missing when choosing Software, things just may run slower.

Hi laurar36590732,

Please let us know if you were able to solve the issue you were facing by switching the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only.

Thanks,

Sumeet
