Hi!
I'm at the end of a project except for a little problem which is driving me crazy!
I have one piece of video recorded on a mobile phone. The file is 29.97fps 41000 avc1 ACC
It plays back fine until I put it in a Premiere sequence where the audio drops out of sync.
It starts fine then drops way out of sync by the end
I've tried putting it in sequences with different frame rates: 29.97 drop frame and non drop frame, 30fps. It makes no difference.
I've tried it in FCPX and it works fine.
Anyone know what I'm missing?

Possibly Variable Frame Rate video from iPhone. Run it through the free Handbrake software and make sure to set to CONSTANT Frame Rate and export as .mp4 then bring new file into Premiere to edit with.
Thanks
Jeff

Hi DV2017,
You may also use the Preserve Audio Sync feature in Premiere Pro for the VFR media files. You may refer to this link to know more about it.
FAQ: How to work with Variable Frame Rate (VFR) media in Premiere Pro?
Hope it helps.

Sumeet
