i have downlaoded and installed files multiple times still this issue is not fixed

Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter

the newest drivers are not always the best drivers due to driver bugs or compatibility issues, so you might need to try an earlier driver version if the latest update is not working
