This is weird, but I am making a stop-motion, and currently I only have a 50mm Prime lens for the Canon 6d, and I am wondering how far do you think I can digitally zoom in and still count the quality at hd, because if I can zoom it will make my life a lot easier, thanks in advance... i am looking for Max.

If your images are 20 Megapixels then they'll be 5472x3648 which gives you a lot of pixels to work with.

It will depend on what the resolution of your footage in PR is going to be, i.e. Full HD is 1920 x 1080, which gives you a photo which is about 3x bigger so you could zoom in by a factor of 3.

Just remember not all of the frame might be in focus, zooming in to an edge might be a bit soft.

I will defiantly keep that in mind, I plan to use as minimal scaling as possible
