Hi!
I am aware that there is a post similar to this one, but it doesn't quite work for me or I don't quite understand how to do it. The fact is that I need to export both channels, 5.1 and 2.0. I have both files in WAV provided by the sound post producer, but when I go to export there are errors such as the elimination of the voices in 5.1.
How could I do this?
Thanks!

Does your sequence have both the 2.0 and 5.1 setup in it?

I have tried to create a new sequence for both tracks, but when importing the 5.1 audio the dialogues disappear, I don't know why. How should I configure the sequence considering that I already have the two files in both 5.1 and 2.0?
Thanks!

You have to create a sequence with the full audio track setup to begin with.
Then you add media to the sequence. @Tranquil_Cosmos157F is the master of this.

Yes, i know, it's just that doing so deletes the dialogues from version 5.1. I hope @Tranquil_Cosmos157F can give me a hand, I have tried different configurations, but nothing.

And what are your audio preferences set to? From file, stereo, mono, what?

I have two files, the preferences of one are in Stereo, the second in 5.1. I just need to import both into a Prmeiere sequence and export all the channels.

Could you please provide a screenshot of your Audio Track Mixer?

Yes, but we need the whole panel, not just part of it. And for now, it seems you have not routed your audio at all? Everything goes to the mix track - and we don't see what your mix track is set to because we don't see the whole penel.

The tracks need to be routed to separate channels. Try the method explained here:
https://jwsoundgroup.net/index.php?/topic/32765-premiere-export-of-file-with-51-and-20-mixes/
The main thing to understand is that you need to pan tracks left and right in a multichannel sequence for them to land in separate output channels. Making all sources mono will help.
Tip: In the Audio Meters you can choose what channels to listen to while editing.

Sí, había leído ese post. El caso es que ya tengo dos pistas de audio exportadas, una está en 5.1 y la otra en 2.0. Es decir, ese trabajo ya está hecho. Ahora solo necesito exportar esas dos pistas dentro de un archivo.

This is what I have just done:
Make a new multitrack sequence with 8 tracks
Click on the Output Assignments for the 5.1 and use these settings:
Do the same for the stereo track and send it to 7-8
You can now add the audio files to your timeline, 5.1 on Track 1 and Stereo on Track 2
This is the track mixer showing the routeing:
You can now export the file and it will give you an 8 track audio master with the surround on tracks 1-6 and the stereo on 7&8.
Some file formats, like quicktime, will allow you to export audio streams, this will let you have the 5.1 on stream 1 and the stereo on stream 2:
Hope this helps.

In that case, something like this should work

Also, Warren Heaton has a good answer in this post:

Hi, Richard! Thanks for the help. The funny thing is that when I do it your way, the voices disappear. I don't know why it is, everything is the same. But I have discovered that, as I specify in the screenshot, if in 5.1 I put each channel only in one place instead of all of them (repeating it once for each channel) and then I duplicate the track, then everything can be heard correctly. I have exported a test and I think everything is correct.

Not quite sure what your problem is but remember there is more than one standard for the track order in 5.1 files.
