How to insert clip at playhead (comma shortcut key not working) ?

I highlight the title in my bin by clicking on it to select it.  The title is selected and the bin window is active too.

Then I am pressing the comma key to insert it at the playhead position.   This worked for me before but its doing nothing now.

Any ideas?

(Premiere Pro cs6).

The comma key has been working for me before , and even on CS3.

what platform and premiere version are you working in?   Have you checked your keyboard shortcuts?
