I try to edit it by running Audition while editing it as Premiere, but the menu is not active. It appears in gray. If you erase all the programs and try to install them again, they won't be activated. Help me, please.

Are you trying to edit the audio for a Premiere sequence?

Here's how it should work:

With the sequence selected, or open and active in the timeline, choose Edit>Edit in Audition. After choosing among the options, click Okay and Audition should open for editing.
