Images missing on export in Premiere Pro.

Hello,

I recently downloaded a template to use in Premiere Pro CC (version 14.1.0, Build 116), and I had issues with media pending. I switched to the software gpu and was able to see everything and work on the project. Once I tried exporting, the only template that didn't show the media that I put in was this template. The rest of the templates were fine. I tried exporting through the media encoder and switching the renderer to Open CL but  I seem to be having the same issue. Any ideas? I've already sat through 2 days of exporting to have the very last section of the project not be displayed correctly.
