Keyframes are Delayed?

I'm using keyframes to make a 'flash' effect, by manipulating the Whites of my clip using Lumetri color. The first flash works, but the subsequent ones are delayed by a fair amount, and don't actually happen where the keyframes are specifically placed.

Anyone know what this could be? Using Premiere Pro 2023.

Thanks for the message. Have you tried rendering any of these effects? Let us know what happens after trying that. Sorry for the frustration.
