Launching problem with Premier pro 22.1.2 and above

Hello everyone I have had a problem since last week launching my Premiere pro 22.1.2, it gets stuck in the loading page at the beginning.

Here is my PC configuration :

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz

16 GB RAM

Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650 with the Studio driver version 511.65 (the latest).

Regarding Premier Pro's needed configuration on the official page, I should have what it takes to run the app without any problem, but even the Adobe customer care don't know what to do with my situation.

Anywone have had the same problem? Could anybody help me on this?

What are the hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

I have the local hard drive in my computer NTFS, Capacity of 512Go, where all my apps are saved, with 45,3Go left.

And I have an external SSD, SanDisk 1Tb, where I save all my premiere pro projects with the files and backups, with 85Go left.

That is not much free space for temp and system files.

That may be your issue.

Try resetting the preferences:
