I need help. I am trying to import drone footage to premiere and it won't let me. I have tried converting the clips from .mov to .mp4 but it still doesn't work. The weird thing is some of the clips import and some don't. I know is was already a forum on this but I have tried it and it doesn't work.

I am facing the same problem when I import footage shot on DJI Phantom 4 encoded as MOV (H.264) 1920x1080 25fps.

The slight difference is that I am receiving Importer:37

Hi,

What version of Premiere are you using?

I have no issue importing mp4 files from DJI or GoPro on my end on CC2017/2018.

Hi,

Just rename the file format from .mp4 to .m4a and import it.

Check this video, its working on my issue, but for some peoples its not working, try this ones.
