Mov files are sped up in the timeline

I just updated my Premiere Pro to CC 2017 and was about to start editing a video and ran into this problem:

In this update the mov files are sped up and shortened. When I drag the clip to the timeline, the clip is suddenly shorter and plays faster. I tried to play with the Speed/duration settings but it didn't work.
What's going on? Anybody else with this problem?

I can't change the files to mp4, because when I do, the clips lag and the audio is unsynchronized in the timeline and playback for some reason.

Just a guess since you didn't give much information about the video or your computer, but if the video is form a smart phone iit may be a variable frame rate video. You need to convert it to a constant rate since PrPro does not bode well with variable frame rates. Try https://handbrake.fr/ .

Hi.

My bad. Videos are recorded on my computer with Bandicam when I play videogames. I have GeForce 960 (Nvidia) and resolution of the videos are 1920/1080.

Bandicam could still be giving you variable frame rates. See, for example: Bandicam gameplay video out of sync with face cam and audio in Premiere?
