Multicam synchronization off by half a frame

I have an interview recording using two cameras and when I apply multicam synchronization the audio of one camera turns out to have half a frame offset relative to the other camera.

What can be done for a perfect sync? Should I unlink the audio parts and manually move one relative to the other by audio units? Does it even make sense?

The only thing that can be moved smaller then 1 frame is audio.

Video is stuck to 1 frame: audio can be moved 1/48000 of a second.
