My Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 cannot open :(

Hello everybody,

A month ago, my Premier was running but suddenly encountered an error; I turned it on and it displayed for a few seconds and then completely disappeared (it does not load any plugins). I have tried every possible way to fix it such as: Running premier under admin rights, deleting and reinstalling the entire premier. But I still get the same error.

Then I had to reinstall my windows operating system, and reinstalled the premier, but a few days later this problem still occurs.

I use windows 10, please help me.

Did you try uninstalling the entire Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app and reinstalling it?
