Sorry about the trouble. There's an icon on the top right. You will get all the options from there. See attached image for reference.

Hola. Puedes encontrar todos los paneles bajo el menú Window o Ventana. También puedes usar los Workspaces o Espacios de trabajo: https://helpx.adobe.com/es/premiere-pro/using/workspaces.html

In the dropdown that Kartika shows is an item to display workspace names. Select that, and a couple will appear, not just one.

To the left of the left-most workspace name, will be a vertical bar. Hover over that until you get a double-sided arrow, then click and drag left. You can get several more workspaces showing.
