O que fazer quando aparece o alerta vermelho no canto inferior direito do premiere?

Quando vou assistir meu vídeo exportado, uma parte específica do vídeo não é renderizada e aparece algo parecido como "Erro ao recuperar o quadro 'número do quadro' no horário 'hora do dia' do arquivo 'pasta e nome do vídeo'. E acaba bugando a imagem e o áudio.

O que faço?
