Hi aaalexfilms,

We're sorry about the poor experience. Have you tried resetting app preferences to check if it's working properly?

Thanks,

Sumeet

Playback quality is a resolution thing ... that's why it shows as say 1/4, 1/2.

When you have such a tiny frame-size as 480x360, it can't get smaller than that. And why ... with a tiny framesize like 480x360, would you need a lower resolution playback?
