Playhead lag in Premiere 15.4

Adobe, what wrong with you? As usually every update you doing worse and make the work unbearable! Why Pr and Ae interface in the new 2021 versions is slower and laggy??? Here is compare of Pr 15.4 and 14.9. Same file, same project, same settings. HOW??? Dont tell me about proxy and other stuff pls, you can see that proxy cant fix it, because problem on YOUR side!
