Premiere h264 render doesn't publish

Hi all,

I updated and deleted the old Prem and AE.

I create a lot of visuals for social platforms and city screens.

It doesn't matter in which way, which specs, etc I render the vids in H264, it just doesn't publish anywhere. My Samsung NOte 8 can't view the video files, the videos aren't recognised by IG and on the city screens they come out half scrambled.

Does anybody have the same problem and/or a fix? I've searched forever online and can't find anything.

Laptop specs are:

OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363
System Type x64-based PC
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz, 4001 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 1.03.11, 13/03/2015
SMBIOS Version 2.8

NVIDUA GeForce GTX 970M
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 24,0 GB
Total Physical Memory 24,0 GB
Total Virtual Memory 27,5 GB
Available Virtual Memory 15,3 GB

PREM 14.0.3
AE 17.0.4

Just to clarify...are you exporting the files and then uploading them manually to different platforms? Or are you using the publishing features within Premiere?
