I recently started importing graphic templates from Adobe Stock, and even when it has successfully downloaded. I still cant get it to work. When I drag it onto the timeline, the template either does not play or just plays and a ridiculously slow pace. Thoughts? P.S. I downloaded all the fonts for the kits, so that dose not seem to be the problem.

Select the graphic you've dragged to your sequence and then choose Sequence > Render Selection. More here: Get Motion Graphics templates from Adobe Stock.

You may also want to change your playback resolution in the Program Monitor from Full to 1/2 or even 1/4.

Which number-dot-number version of PrPro are you using? "Latest" is a waste of time ... the apps miss updates so often.
