LACPUG - The Los Angeles Creative Pro User Group Meetup
Join LACPUG in Los Angeles on Wednesday, February 28, for their next meetup. It will be ADOBE NIGHT, featuring the latest in Premiere Pro and Premiere Pro Beta, including new audio workflow updates and Q and A. Adobe's Kylee Pena and Karl Soule will present.

Andy Young will show attendees how he edited the animated film, Merry Little Batman.

John V. Knowles - Adobe Community ExpertOur featured Adobe Community Expert for digital video and audio this month is John V. Knowles. He is a steady contributor on the forums, with almost 700 high-quality community posts to date. We applaud you, John! I asked John to share some things about himself, and he wrote this:

John V. Knowles is a Los Angeles-based filmmaker and post production geek who has spent the better part of his highly-caffeinated waking hours as a designer, editor, animator and workflow consultant. He has worked with studios, corporations, large production companies and small businesses on a wide variety of projects. Highlights include: senior editor, lead motion graphics designer, series executive producer (unscripted), lead animator on series and docs, remote editing a YouTube show during the pandemic and directing a heap of commercials, corporate videos, PSAs and a feature film. John has translated this experience into teaching and has instructed hundreds of students across the country on Adobe products.
