Premiere Pro crashing when opening windows such as project settings, preferences, etc.

This started happening today, it has been driving me insane as I need to change my strach disks but I can not do anything outside the sequence. I tried a lot of fixes, such as resetting peferences, uninstalling and reinstalling, and checking drivers.

A windows update? another program installation?

Do not hesitate to give more information about your setup in order to receive timely and relevant answers. ESpecially the version of Pr, the OS, the GPU9s0 you have, their driver version.

happened out of no where so I have 0 clue what could've caused it. I use Pr v 23, I am on Windows 11 and ust a 1660ti with the newest version of studio drivers
