Premiere Pro GUI freezes

When using the timeline in Premiere, dropping clips, making them longer, the GUI doesn't update and hangs. When loading project, timeline is missing until window is shrunk and remaximized. Seems like an issue with GUI refreshing. ONLY THE TIMELINE AS PICTURED IS AFFECTED. ALl other panels are okay!

Running latest Windows, Premiere (24.5.0 B57) and Nvidia studio driver

Please offer additional information about your system, media, and workflow. See, How do I write a bug report? Another thing to try in the interim is to perform a clean reinstallation of your NVIDIA studio driver. Avoid the game-ready driver for optimal system performance with pro video applications.
