Premiere Pro has added extra frame in export

I have had a nightmare during the whole edit of PP adding random frames in from other parts of the sequence to different clips but I sorted it all out. It's all good but now when it's exported it adds a few random ones in that aren't in the actual edit. What can I do?

Try: Clean out your cache and don't export with previews checked.
