Hi everyone,

I recently acquired Premiere Pro, and I realized it that there is a tutorial video called "Going home", I was wondering if I could use the editable files on another project since is perfect for what I need or it has copyright protection.

Thanks.

I saw your unanswered post only recently. Hopefully you found the answer in this related post: The footage is intended for use by people learning to use (or teaching) Premiere Pro. You can create whatever practice project you want (non-commercial or travel related would be the most appropriate). Please note that the footage is only 640p so it's not very high-res. I can put you in touch with the filmmaker if you wish to license higher-quality footage.
