Premiere Pro Scripting match name for Metadata and Timecode Burn-in effect

As a non-coding AI junkie I have been having a lot of success writing scripts with Copiolot chat from GitHub, I highly recommend it.

I am on one of the last scripts to automate a huge part of my workflow. It doesn't look like I can script the addition of presets to clips and when I try to script the "Metadata and Timecode Burn-in" effect there is no reference to its match name in any of the Adobe API documentation. I realize this is a newer effect that took the place of the timecode effect but only the new effect meets the needs of my use case. Does anyone know is there is a match name for the effect or a QE Dom way to script its implementation? or if anyone knows a way to script the addition of presets I would really appreciate some advice.
