Preview and Source is going to black when CUDA is on

Hi all! 

My Preview and source monitor is going to black when I have Cuda on. It is fine in software only but I can't edit on that really. 

Both premiere pro and my graphics card driver is up to date. I have tried reinstalling them both and nothing has worked. 

Any reason why this is happening? 

Premiere PRO 2022

RTX 3090  

64GB RAM 

AMD Ryzen 9 3950 16-core Processor

Found the problem. I was editing off a hard drive. Moved it over to my computer's hard drive and now it is fine
