I use Premiere Pro 2020 updated version. (14.1) This problem exists sometimes. When i try to keyframe the scale or position of my footage, premiere shows the icons, the numbers change as usual but the changes do not occur. Scaling or positioning doesn't work properly.
This is some kind of serious problem cause i can't finish my work and that scales or positionings are so much used in all projects.
Also i see people with same kind of issues on internet.
Some give recommendations like reset (trash), use both scale and position together, using "transform" of effects panel and so... No one of those is working for me. I've returned to 2019 and premiere did not open my prproj file because of it's made with 2020. It definetely sucks.
