Hello,

The image is not reproduced neither in the origin monitor nor in the program monitor. However, you can export the sequence and you can watch the video perfectly once it is exported. How can i solve it?

Thanks.

Here are some suggestions.

Check to see if your video card/graphics card driver are up to date. Update if not.

Clear temp files on your computer.

Reboot your computer.

Post your results as there are other things that can be suggested.

Hi anebz,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please let us know if you are using any Overlays functionality in Premiere Pro. In case you are using it please try switching the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (OpenCL). If you are still facing such preview issues then switch the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only and check if it's working properly.

FAQ: How to change the Video Renderer in Premiere Pro?

Hope it helps, let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Sumeet
