Project panel BIG issue takes years!

Hello guys from Adobe,

Please, please, solve finally the project panel positioning issue. It is so annoying and embarrassing to move it every time from the left lower corner to your favourite position. It takes years! What the problem with this issue. Is it unsolvable, or what? I have to do it 20 times a day and it takes more than 3-4 years.

Once you have the project panel where you want it, save the layout as a new workspace.
