Guys, what is this every time i drop a video in project pannel it starts to automatically scroll down and i have updated both my macbook and premiere ,but it still continues

Bug fixed for some users in 24.3.

There are a variety of workarounds. Only occurs with Thumbnail/Icon view, so one workaround is to use list or freeform view.
