Quicktime screen recording w/ soundflower audio routing. Audio video problems Premiere.

I was doing a screen recording via quicktime and used soundflower to route the audio from both the built-in output and internal microphone to quicktime. This was all set up on an iMac. I set up an aggregate device to stream both audio inputs into quicktime. Then I used a multi-output device to monitor what I was recording through the macs audio preference panel.

After I saved the video it will playback from quicktime just fine. The problem occurs after I import into premiere. The audio video is not synced up correctly. I checked the fps and it wasn't the same as the original video file. It was set to 55 instead of 34.

Usually, I can google the answer pretty quick, but I started reading forums and post similar to mine and it started sounding like a codec problem. I ended up downloading media inspector to see what was in the video file and wanted some insight at where my problem is and how I can solve this. I'm a noob when it comes to codec problems because I shoot H.264 with a DSLR and have never had any transcoding problems.

Any help or guidance are much appreciated. Let me know if you guys need anymore info.

You have a variable frame rate which PPro does not like. Use something like https://handbrake.fr/  to convert to a constant frame rate.
