"Ghost text" when using mogrt template

 Not sure what is going on. Our in-house graphic artists created these templates for us. But one of our newer machines is having this issue in which the same text appeared twice on the screen. The machine is using the latest Pr and running on macOS.

We're sorry to hear about this. Is this happening with any specific template or all of them? Have you tried switching the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only & checked if it's working properly?

Thanks. We resolved the issue by unistalling the Chinese version and install the English one.
