render file comes out shrunk ?

have just updated prem pro  usual settings 1080  you tube  and my file  keeps shrink to 1/4 size  once rendered havent changed anything since my last  render only thing is the updated software ?

Post screenshot export settings with left tab to output with image (not black).

cheers ann i fixed it i had to open teh file in apple and export  then add again  restsarted prem pro  and then  scale the opening sequenece which is black to start with   sorry its was hard to see  cheers fo rgettingback to me tho
