rotation of a clip that rotates during vid

So I got to a zipline only to find out they had recently stopped allowing selfie sticks so I had to hold my gopro by hand. Needless to say it rotates as I ride the zipline...sometimes clockwise and sometimes counter clockwise. I am trying to find the easiest way to fix it. So for instance halfway through a video it rotates upside down so I would like to set the rotation so on screen it stays straight up and you don't even know it rotates. Some videos have this happen to all different degrees so I need to make multiple adjustments as the video plays.

Hi Joseph

You can keyframe the rotation property in the effects control window. Super easy.
