Subtitulos en español

Hola, buen día para todos, hace poco compré la suite de Adobe y tengo un problema con la generación de subtitulos en Premiere Pro, cuando le doy a generar subtitulos en la parte de selección del idioma, la ventana no me genera ningún idioma, tengo instalado el inclés y el español, incluso los desinstalé y los volví a instalar y nada. :c

You need to install the Spanish language Pack first from the CC Desktop app.
Go to All Apps > Premiere > 3 dots > Add-Ons

If Ann's response does not fix this, please provide a screenshot of the Transcription dialogue. The Transcription is where you select the language. Subtitles are created from the Transcript and do not involve selecting a language.

Thanks for the screen recording. You are attempting to create a static transcription of a sequence. You appear to be doing it correctly. But I can't tell if the cursor movements involve clicks or just pointing to different parts of the user interface.

Also, parts seem to be missing. You click on "Create static transcription," but the "Create static transcription" dialogue never appears. Then the transcription is occurring, does not seem to finish, but the Progress Dashboard indicator in the upper right shows it as finished.

There have been recent reports of transcriptions finishing but not appearing. These were due to phase cancelling audio:
