Syncing sound to video

Everytime I try to do it using the multi camera option my Premier freezes. I have big (5K) video files that I'm trying to sync the separate sound files to. Any advice??

How are you syncing? Timecode? In Point? Audio?

I tried to do it as adviced in a youtube tutorial by using the "create multi camera sequence" option. But abything works as long as I can do it.

When you create the multi camera sequence, the dialog asks which method you want to use. What did you choose?
