Three Finger Trackpad in Macbook M1 is Sluggish - is this an Adobe or Mac issue?

I use the three finger gesture to drag clips and windows. Basically, used for dragging stuff. But It is sluggish compared to the more traditional click and drag. By sluggish I mean, the computer seems to take long to move on from the task. I wait for it to let me do the next action. Doesnt happen with click and drag. Is this an Adobe or Mac issue?

Sounds to me like a Mac issue as click and drag works as it should.
