Time Remapping Not Moving In The Panel

My time remapping is not working. Everytime I use my selection tool and try and drag the line up and down in the panel, in order to adjust the speed of clip, it doesn't move. I cannot move the line at all, it just selects the whole clip.

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.

I am also having the same problem. I have attempted a reset of the workspace and also a reboot but no effect?

I just reverted back to version 14.3.1 because of this.

You can do this by choosing All Apps in the Creative Cloud Desktop app, navigate to Premiere Pro, click the three dots and choose Other versions and install 14.3.1.

You can still use the time remapping but its not ideal.

Set keyframes in the ECW and set the mouse above the centre line.
