Timeline has deleted in Premiere Pro

I have been working on a project for two weeks now, and saving it as I go. I went to open it just now and everything on the timeline has been deleted. 

I have had a look through my auto save files and there is nothing for this project, even though it has been auto saving. 

Does anyone know how I can get this project back please?

You have probably closed the timeline and need to re-open it again by double clicking on it in the Project panel. Go to the Project panel and double click on the timeline. If you cannot find it, type the word sequence in the search field in the Project panel to find all sequences/timelines.
