Transferred Sequences Blank

I'm a full time shooter and editor, and have done thousands of projects in premiere and have never had this issue.

I started a project, handed off the drive to another editor to finish. He worked on it on his system on the same version of premiere. When I open on my system the project bin looks fine with all media present, but the sequence he created is completely blank. When opened on his system the sequences have 20 minutes of edits, on mine there's not so much as a clip.

Also, please fix the freaking lumetri panel freezing on shut down. It's getting old.

Please supply more information about your system (OS and version) and that of the other editor. What version of PR are you both using?
