Transform effect disparition

Hi everyone,

I'm working on Premiere Pro CC v13.0.3 and I am looking for the effect "transform" under "video effect" but impossible to find. Does adobe change it's name?

This the the effect that I use for smooth zoom transition. Do you have an idea to Help me?

(In fact I am looking for a solution to make my smooth zoom effect. I already have done my multiplication and mirror done).

Actually in french it was "transformation" but now it is called "modification" don't know why but same effect! thank you 😉
