Two same videos but one [mp4 720] with sound effect only

I downloaded same videos which have same fps but different video informatiom. Video with mp4 720 produces sound effect only. You can notice this video information box is empty. What is the reason for this?

It appears to have been downloaded as an audio file, not a video file.

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot of the properties of your media in tree view:

Is it audio only in the source monitor?

Video link & attachment is available. MP 360 video shows white screen only in the source monitor. What is the reason for that?
