Hello everyone

After I've upgraded to CC 18 from CC 15, I've been nothing but trouble. One of my achievements has been when I have tried to work with early projects from CC 15 into the new CC 18, I have experienced when I try to press the Play button, nothing happens where I have to shut down the program and reboot because the program begins to freeze.

I have formatted my PC and formatted all hardy pages in the computer. The other version I've encountered now is when I create a new project and the export files for the project I receive this message.

file-2[43].jpeg

What does this mean? What should I do?

I have never had any problems before switching to CC 18. It has always worked well on all previous versions.

Hi

Thanks for reply.

I have found that my computer is not sufficient to drive CC 18.

My Computer's CPU I5 -2500 3.3 GHz is not powerful enough as it is a 2 generation. I have installed CS 6 and it runs smoothly.

I want to buy a new computer. I think it will be in 9 with.

Hi there,

Sorry for your issue. I understand that you are getting crash issues on trying to play a video in Premiere Pro. Thank you for providing the system specifications. We need to check the issue at our end. Please provide some additional information:

  1. Do you get this issue with a new project as well?
  2. Do you get any crash log that you can share with us?
  3. Are your graphics card drivers updated?
  4. Have you checked for any pending windows updates?

Additionally, please clean media cache and then check the issue. FAQ: How to clean (delete or trash) media cache files?

Let us know if it helps.

Thanks,

Shivangi
