Unable to read image file

My Premiere pro keeps giving me the Unable to read image file error. invaild parameters code please assit, It keeps freezing entire app. thanks

Does it happen with a specific project?
What type of media files are you editing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?
Have you tried resetting preferences?
