I know it's supposed to be easy, well is not for me. Every time I upgrade I need to re do everything.

Could someone tell me the steps to keep my preferences, shortcuts and workspaces after upgrade.

I hate that I do tweaks every few weeks to my workspace and just when i feel is perfect Adobe sends an update and I need to start from scratch.

shortcuts I learned to upload them manually from the .kys files but shortcuts and workspace in Premiere and AE are restore to default.

Thanks

Hi Maniano,

Use the Sync Settings feature in Premiere Pro to sync general preferences, keyboard shortcuts, presets, and libraries to the Creative Cloud. Instructions: Sync settings with Adobe Creative Cloud

You can transfer the workspaces to new version using project file as well.

Make sure the option "Import Workspaces from Project" is enabled in New version of Premiere Pro.

[In Premiere Pro menu bar, Window > Workspaces > Import Workspaces from Project]

Open the old project file in new version
