video bins with FX in preview windows and timeline

Any with similar error and fix it!

I have a clean premiere installation, but when i try work, some like VFX its visible in preview clips and timeline, this like vfx its also its visible in Final render file.

Any ideas. Please.. i try everything but i dont can fix it.
