Video glitching after export on ultra key

Basically, I'm using a green screen in a tv and replacing it with a video using ultra key.  Everything is fine in the project and looks good.. When I export the final video I open it and the video is bleeding/glitching everywhere on the video.  Is this a GPU problem or a premiere bug?

I think the issue is that you are keying a bit of green reflexion in your dark zone, and that's why it seems to be spliing out of your screen.

In premiere try to put a bright color matte under your video to better see what you are exactly keying.

Hope this helps,

Seb

It's not leaking in premiere. Only after exportng, it leaks.
