So what I'm trying to explain is very hard to actually explain cause the timeline doesn't actually start over but the video does, I exported the video from premier and I'm going to include it in here so you can see what I'm talking about

Hey Z Ketell,
Sorry for this frustration.
Is this error happening when you playback, when you export or both?
When crazy stuff like that happens, it's usually because your render preview files somehow got mixed up. Can you try choosing Sequence > Delete Render Files and then deleting those render files.
I hope you can also provide a link to your vlog. I'd love to check it out.
We love to help out young film and video makers here at Adobe.
Hope we can help you!
Cheers,
Kevin

Hi zkettell,
Are you using the Variable Frame Rate media? We would like to know the source (camera model) and the format of the media files to troubleshoot the issue properly.
Thanks,
Sumeet
